PERTINAX ALTERNATING SEAT CUSHION |
The cushion runs on a Pertinax Homewave or Bluewave pump. The cover is removable and made of 4 way PU stretch material (identical to the Overlay covers). The base has a grip pad stitched beneath it for a firm hold. The alternating system uses 6 cells, 2.5 inch individually replaceable which use velcro to attach the cell mat to a foam base. There is a solid foam piece along the front side of the cushion which prevents the patient falling forward when the front cell has deflated. |
